Ascend UCI is a student chapter of Ascend Leadership, the largest global network advancing Pan-Asian professionals in the workplace in North America. Our mission is to build community and ignite change by developing, elevating, and empowering the Asian and Pacific Islander (API) business leaders of tomorrow to become catalysts for change.

Ascend offers impactful career lifecycle and cross-industry leadership programs and networks that foster community and engagement for Pan-Asian business professionals and students, corporate partners, and the community at large. Here at Ascend UCI, we host weekly events featuring guest speakers, panels, socials, professional workshops, and career-exploring programs, in hopes of fostering personal/professional development and lifelong friendships.
