"Being part of the MUSA Associates program was easily one of the most rewarding experiences I have had at UCI so far. To me associates is not really a group, but is a family, comprised of extremely intelligent, hard working, and compassionate people who are looking to make change in the Merage community. This year we hosted the inaugural UCI Business Conference and had over 21 professionals present to a group of 300+ people, and it's those moments which really make being an Associate worth it. Most importantly, the associates program teaches valuable skills about teamwork, leadership, and resilience that are perfect for anyone who strives to make an impact in the word."

"MUSA Associates was the perfect opportunity to work more in depth with the exec board and Merage faculty without the time commitment of holding an executive position. This year as Associates, we were able to found a new program called Bridge to Success, which focused on empowering first-gen & transfer business students. Not only did this allow me to get more involved in Merage, but I also got to experience starting a program from the ground up and connecting more with my fellow Associates and the program participants. I think the Associates Program is an amazing stepping stone for those wanting to get involved beyond just being a student and make an impact at Merage!"

"I really enjoyed the MUSA associates program because I got to bond with the other associates, board, and meet so many new members of the Merage community! It was a great group to socialize with, and getting to personally work with first-generation and transfer students was really rewarding because we got to share our knowledge of Merage and its resources to new students!"
